- La Nina
- La Niña and El Nino are climate patterns resulting from variations in the equatorial Pacific Ocean temperature.
- La Niña is characterised by the cooling of ocean waters along the west coast of South America. El Niño is the warming of Pacific waters on a periodic basis.
