• Recently, significant irregularities were detected in the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), prompting the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship to blacklist 178 training partners.

• Launch: In 2015 under the Skill India Mission (SIM).
• Aims: To train youth in industry-relevant skills to enhance their employability.
