Kimberley Process
- It is a mechanism to prevent the trade in “conflict diamonds” in the global diamond supply chain.
- It is a tripartite international initiative involving Governments, International diamond industry and Civil society.
- Currently has 60 participants, representing 86 countries.
- India has been entrusted with the Chair of the Kimberley Process for the third time.

Camellia sinensis
- Commonly known as Tea plant, it is an evergreen shrub used as a primary source for Green Tea, Black Tea and Oolong Tea.
- Cultivated mainly in subtropical and warm temperate regions of South-East Asia.
- India is the second largest Tea producer in the world.
- India’s major tea-producing areas are dominated by Assam, West Bengal (Darjeeling, Dooars, Terai), Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.
