- Marking the first anniversary of the BioE3 (Biotechnology for Economy, Environment, and Employment) policy, Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh announced the launch of India’s first National Biofoundry Network.
National Biofoundry Network
- What is it?: The first-ever National Biofoundry Network, comprising six premier institutions, has been launched to accelerate proof-of-concept scaling, boost indigenous biomanufacturing, and generate employment.
