- Represents an important milestone in broadening the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) ecosystem.
- Developed by: The platform was developed by C-DAC, as a simplified version of their flagship e-Sushrut HMIS software.
- Key Features:
- It is designed to support outpatient care, pharmacy, and nursing functions while offering core services at an affordable cost.
- Healthcare providers can easily onboard using a laptop or mobile device via the Health Facility Registry (HFR) and Health Professionals Registry (HPR).
- Allows doctors in both public and private clinics to seamlessly access and update patient records, provide telemedicine services, and manage diagnostics and prescriptions more efficiently.
- The platform further enables small clinics, sub-centres, and mid-sized hospitals to digitize patient data, prescriptions, and billing with minimal technical effort.
- Several features of the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) are integrated into eSushrut@Clinic. For example, providers can use the AIIMS Clinical Decision Support Systems (CDSS) for conditions like hypertension and diabetes, offered free of cost across all ABDM-linked platforms.
