Ankia Naat	Assam	One act play developed by Vaishnava Saint Sankaradeva and his disciple Madhavadeva in the 15th-16th century CE. Theme related to Lord Krishna. Plays are written in Assamese-Maithili mixed language called Brajavali.
Ramlila	Uttar Pradesh	Theme is Ramayana. Performed during the period before Dussehra. Performed by male actors
Raslila	Gujarat	Theme is adolescent love stories of Krishna and Radha.
Bhuta Aradhana	Karnataka	It is a traditional practise of worshipping the dead ancestors.
Ramman	Uttarakhand	It is dedicated to Bhumiyal Devta, the local deity. It is listed in the UNESCO’s Representative list of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
